Code of Conduct

At Enrich Minion, we are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants, whether engaging online or attending in-person events hosted or affiliated with Enrich Minion.

Our Commitment

We pledge to ensure that every participant has a safe and welcoming experience, free from harassment and discrimination. This commitment applies to all members, regardless of their age, body size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity and expression, experience level, nationality, appearance, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

Positive Behavior

To contribute to a respectful and supportive environment, we encourage the following behaviors:

• Use of welcoming, inclusive language
• Respect for diverse viewpoints and experiences
• Open acceptance of constructive feedback
• Addressing others by their preferred pronouns, and using gender-neutral pronouns when unsure

Unacceptable Behavior

We do not tolerate the following behaviors, whether in public or private interactions:

• Trolling, insults, or derogatory comments
• Harassment or abuse, including public or private
• Sharing others’ private information (e.g., physical or electronic addresses) without consent
• Disrespecting personal boundaries (e.g., ignoring requests to ‘leave me alone’)
• Posting content that may be disturbing or inappropriate
• Engaging in or promoting divisive political arguments
• Promoting or assuming inequality based on age, size, disability, ethnicity, gender identity, nationality, race, religion, sexual identity, or orientation
• Any conduct that could be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

Enforcement

If you encounter or witness violations of this Code of Conduct, please report them by emailing zillionverifier@info. All reports will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken. Specific enforcement procedures may be shared separately as needed.

We reserve the right to remove content, ban users, or take any other necessary actions to maintain a safe and respectful environment. This includes temporary or permanent bans for behavior deemed threatening, harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
